La Invisible is the office created by Maria Güell Ordis as a platform to produce her own work on the field of lighting design. Maria Güell’s beginnings can be found in the world of spectacle, design and conception of the scenic space through the light.
 
In 2001 this knowledge and the “plastic” experience with light become the key to try other disciplines, which were not explored yet, such as architectural lighting, museum and exhibition lighting or designing of light objects.
 
This new approach needed a certain work infrastructure, which lead in 2004 to the opening of a lighting design office, called La Invisible.
